He brings over thirty years of experience in human capital, financial and operational consulting. His expertise spans people strategy, executive and broad based reward strategy, programs and systems, mergers and acquisitions and change
management.
His previous consulting leadership experience includes roles as the Global Workforce Rewards practice leader, the Managing Partner and Pacific Northwest market leader at top-tier global advisory firms. As the Managing Partner, within his region, he
led operations for all lines of business, including benefits, retirement, talent management, compensation and digital. Previously, he was the Managing Partner and market leader at a global professional services firm, where he led operations
throughout Alberta, Canada, across all lines of business.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Reidy held various c-level roles in the energy technology sector and several HR executive roles, including VP, Compensation at JP Morgan Chase and Manager of Organization Effectiveness at Kraft General Foods, As an energy technology executive, he represented the US State and Commerce Departments in global trade missions. He founded three businesses, has taken a company public as the CEO, turned around a fourth and served as the Chief Marketing Officer of another.
Brian has extensive experience with the media and has been featured on the BBC, CNN and local television networks.

He received an M.B.A. at the University of Colorado with concentrations in Finance and Information Technology, a B.S. in Marketing & Advertising from Indiana University, a Certificate in Financial Markets from New York University and a C.C.P. from World at Work.
