Viviana Santisteban is a Partner with Spexsearch and Senior HR leader.  Based in Miami, Viviana is a senior HR leader and does HR consulting for clients. 

With more than 25 years of experience in the human resources industry, Viviana Santisteban has lead the HR function at several organizations including Vivex Biologics. She is particularly skilled at professional development, compensation/benefits, employee relations, recruitment and employee retention.

Prior to joining Vivex and Ocasa Life Sciences,  she has served as Director of Talent & Culture for Novotel Maimi Brickell. She has also held the position of Director of Human Resources for several well-known establishments, including Staff Pro LLC, Amerikooler, Four Seasons Hotels, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Nobu Hospitality and Biltmore Hotels among others.

Viviana has been greatly recognized in the community for her commitment to human resources. She is an eight-time recipient of the Greater Miami and the Beaches Hotel Association’s Leadership Award for “Diversity in the Workplace, Community Relations and Employee Relations”, and was awarded South Florida Business and Wealth’s 2016 “Sr. HR Executive APOGEE” Award. Santisteban has also been a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) for nearly two decades and was on the Board of Directors for the Hospitality Human Resources Association for 15 years where she served as President and Treasurer.

Santisteban earned a B.A from Hood College in Frederick, Maryland.
